They could include a chapter specific title track like the sunspear rankings, but for naval ranks. The higher your rank, the more options you would have while sieging in missions. You could call for advanced flanking tactics, run and cover maneuvers, or other tactical instructions that any novice would fail at.

Not very original, but forgotten seas, very cool title name.
Pirates --> Crimson Skull, Factions campaign, Shing Jea Island; and whatever those pirates in Nightfall are, not bad idea but a bit overused in my opinion
Undead --> Prophecies campaign, Kryta, not necessarily bad idea
Sea monsters --> various names, all three campaigns at some point or another, not necessarily a bad thing, but it's not something worth mentioning specifically
Islands --> a common and overall good idea
Loot and treasure --> chests, every campaign now and to come
Nice name, nice location choice, I'd like to know more, especially the professions.
